Went over it three times. Now, of course, doubt sets in, but I'll give
it a try again (have 2 more computers to do) and then I'll be ready to
call them if the same thing happens. Tried the MS help number and it
was bullet-proof automated and actually hung up on me as I tried to get
a real person.

disc came in. It's on that little sticky they instruct you to paste on
the computer. That's the major source of irritation. I used the key
off the 2nd box and it worked. Only God knows if the third key on the
third box will work....
