[H] Cloning boot drive

I want to clone my 750 GB slow boot drive on my movie machine to a 1TB 
WD Black. I'm booting from the boot drive and the 1TB drive will be in a 
drive dock connected over usb 3.0. Can this be done with the 1TB being 
bootable after I replace the 750GB with it? I would use EASEUS partition 
manager.
