It looks like they have been selling these for awhile, so I would think
that the DMCA suits would have started by now if they were going to happen.
 They probably fit in to some kind of loophole.

BTW, besides the DMCA being the source of a ton of lawsuits, I expect this
to also cause quite a stir:
