[H] Magic Jack

Anyone ever use this?  I have a client who installed it on two 
computers that are connected with a KVM switch, and on reboot, the 
switch stopped working (shows up as unknown device).  Removing and 
uninstalling the MagicJack software made no change, nor did System 
Restore.  I find it unlikely that the KVM switch failed suddenly, but 
I guess that's possible.  MagicJack chat support tells me they don't 
support PCs anymore.  Any ideas?
