I recently moved from POP3 to IMAP for my email.
I was using The Bat! for years but it sucked with IMAP.
There was newer versions but they charge you every new upgrade and that
didn't agree with me. I'm sure they would have been better with IMAP.
So I nabbed Mozilla Thunderbird after trying some other clients without
much luck. This client seems fine and does most everything I need.
However! It doesn't always seem to automagically update my folders when
new mail is received. Some folders seem to update but other do not until
I click on them. I am subscribed to these folders. What am I missing here?
