My old EIZO 21in glass-tube PC Monitor is going south. I expected this.
It has been a very crisp full-color display since 1997. I suspect the
Video
section is sour; it is now 'trapezoid challenged' now. Top and Bottom
adjust OK. Left and Right not so well............ Fine.
Time for a 24in modern panel. So, looking for suggestions!
I like Samsung. I use Dell. I use ViewSonic. I use NEC.
Worst case, I could use my 26in ViewSonic HDTV (720p)! But, then I have
to buy a new TV for the bedroom..................... :(
The driving PC is my 'Gamer.' It is a C2D E8400 w/2GB DDR3.
The video card is an nVidia 5900GT. Yes, I know this card is old,
long-of-tooth,
but, I do not do serious gaming any more.
I still dabble with MSFlight Sim (old), Tomb Raider, MOH (old), Ghost
Recon (old),
Serious Sam (old), Unreal (old), and Quake (old).
