Although this may look weird, I don't think it will prevent Haret from
handing control over to the Linux kernel.  (That is, the code should
detect when a kernel will overlap the framebuffer and handle it
properly.)

Also, for porting Linux please don't overlook the broader developer
base.  There are only a handful of developers that regularly peruse
this mailing list.  See the main web sites at handhelds.org and
xda-developers.com.
