Greetings Gerald, This morning (before, I received this email of the subject matter Back to the Silence of our Heart) I connected to the web of life and for the first time (for me) did the Gaiadon Heart mediatation while connected to the web of Light and it was very powerful. It was quite a wonderful experience and I'm glad I had thought to intentionally connect to the web for this. Namaste Arlene
