Greetings, Indeed the circumstances after the reminder of Mas Gerry becomes more "tranquil". The web of light's more comfortable for me as newcomer and a new learner to do longer meditation, while before I felt a bit "burden" to join in early weeks. I do not know whether it derives from my own self or from the web. However, I do not experience such "burden" when doing meditation by myself.
