Please allow me to mention that this has been tried in other groups, as you know, and a limited number of members ended up providing attunements all the time, while others took ONLY. If Moderators can find a way to balance efforts between senders and receivers, then I support creating this Request Database. Otherwise, I suggest to keep posting requests without a regular database.
