The energy indeed so powerful. I feel a burning flame sensation on my chest.
After that the energy creeps along my arms and ended on my palms. And it seems
make some adjustment within my body, I got a slight diarrhea, tried fixing it a
whole day and now I'm just fine so I hope there's nothing wrong. Is there any
manual on how to use this or to practice more?
