Hi Carmel, Well, I'm ready for all of it RIGHT NOW, but I'm sure spacing it out as you have planned is the best way to go. I believe absolutely that it does about 4 times as much as most other Reiki energies, because I can feel the effects so profoundly! Of course I realize that each person responds differently to each energy. I have my favorite Reiki energies, thanks to this wonderful group, and this one has just bounded to the top of the list. I look forward to using it a LOT and look forward to Level 2.

It is a very powerful energy, very cleansing. I remember learning from my level 1 training that one can accomplish about the same in 15 minutes that one would in an hour using the Usui energy. We are in a much more heightened level of consciousness now than in Dr. Usui's time, and this energy was presented to humanity because we were ready for it!
