WOW! I called the Level 4 attunement down, and it was wonderful. I was lying on the bed, but I felt my feet send roots deep into the earth. The roots took firm hold of my feet and traveled all the way up my body until they were above my head. A few moments later the encasement diffused into light and expanded until I thought I would fill the whole earth. In the meantime my hands turned into their usual blast furnaces, and although the room was very cool I was roasting. It was a lovely experience. I love, love, LOVE the Shamballa energies! Thank you for sharing the attunements with us!
