Hello Carmel! Another note to add to the attunement feedback. I decided to work with the energy immediately after the attunement. I had a very sharp, sudden, mysterious pain behind my shoulder, and my lower back hurt as well. I directed my thoughts to the shoulder. My hands were lying on my 3rd and 4th chakras, but I could feel them reach right through me into my back and soothe it. The same when I directed my thoughts to my shoulder blade. It was as if my hands were inside me, performing a massage. I can ususally direct the energy to where I want it to go, but this was so much more profound than ususal. The pains both appeared seemingly for no particular reason, but I was glad for them so I could try out the newest of the Shamballa energies. I can't wait for my hubby to come home this evening so I can try the new, even stronger energy out on him.

I called the Level 4 attunement down, and it was wonderful. I was lying on the bed, but I felt my feet send roots deep into the earth. The roots took firm hold of my feet and traveled all the way up my body until they were above my head. A few moments later the encasement diffused into light and expanded until I thought I would fill the whole earth. In the meantime my hands turned into their usual blast furnaces, and although the room was very cool I was roasting. It was a lovely experience. I love, love, LOVE the Shamballa energies!
