Good point. I preferred zip because it is much smaller than separated files. In most cases, comparing with the total size of all separated files, the zip's size is about 1/7, so that it is also easier to download(someone still need to download the bytes even browsing in browser). And IMHO, the JIRA system is not so stable, so probably I'm a little too closehanded ;). I'm glad to be more helpful if most ones prefer separated files.

In the interest of getting more eyes on patches, it might be better not
to zip attachments unless there are an excessive number of them.  In
this case, attaching the three files individually would mean that others
could scan the .sh and .diff files using a browser rather than having to
download and unzip the .zip.
