The suit is not about copyright--it's about trademark infringement. OCLC 
holds the trademark for Dewey. From what I've read, OCLC has enough of a 
case the the Ohio Federal District Court is hearing it. Who knows, they may 
win the case, although I think they've already lost the PR war.
