I'd also add the National Council of Young Israel, as well as the Agudah.
Additionally, a lot of Orthodox shuls don't affiliate with organizations.
Oh, there's also the Reconstructionist group (I don't remember the exact
name), and, I think, a national Chavura organization. AND the Union for
Traditional Judaism.
