This is a tough one, but I thought I'd try anyway..! A colleague is searching for the book (in Hebrew) called "Yair ha-Giladi," by Eliezer Livne. It was a chapter book, probably written in the decade after the birth of the State of Israel. Any information would be most appreciated.
