The book, writtem by Zvi Livne (Liebermann) was published in 1956 or 1957 by Amichai Pub. House (I am not sure if it still exists)
It is a 2 volume set (also published in one volume) - 396 pages.
There are some libraries in the US that have it in their collection (according to OCLC and RLIN)
Harvard, Gratz College, Center for Judaic Studies (University of Pennsylvania) and New York Public Library
