The Institute for Judaism and Civilization has published a monograph
entitled Perspectives on the Noahide laws - Universal Ethics, by the
Institute's director, Rabbi Dr Shimon Cowen. As you may know, the
Noahide laws or the Seven Laws of Noah represent the universal moral
code set out in Torah for the gentile nations. Recently (1991) these
laws were endorsed by the US congress in a public law describing them as
the "bedrock of society since the dawn of civilization".
To inspect the table of contents go to the products page of the website
of the Institute www.ijc.com.au and from there to Monographs. Orders can
be made from a printable form from the website. Price for libraries is
Australian Dollars$30 plus $5 for handling and postage.
