Though I was not able to find the prayer for the soldiers of the IDF, the Sephardim (O) most definitely use the prayer for the State of Israel. It is found both among the Western Sephardic and among the Mediterranean Sephardic liturgy (See Seder ha-tefilot : ke-fi minhag ha-Sefaradim ba-Amerika, im targum Angli / mesudar al yede David di Solah Pul.
