Hello Hasafranim,

I bought the book "America's Great Deli's" after reading about it on 
this listserv.  Before you purchase it you might want to know that on 
page 11, in the section explaining rules relevant to kosher practice, 
the text reads: "Only the hindquarters can be consumed as they 
contain fewer veins than the back quarters."  What happened to editing?
