I absolutely agree that we should do the ethical (as well as the legal) thing. But I still don't understand the ethics or the legalities regarding older educational videos that are not for sale on DVD. More and more homes and even schools are switching from VHS players to DVD players, so we need to be able to provide them the films in a format that they can play.
