Fire in the Hills was not recommended in the Sept.Oct 2006 AJL
Newsletter by reviewer Heidi Estrin, who wrote, "Fire in the Hills
has no significant Jewish content. It should be considered an
additional purchase, appropriate for large Holocaust collections or
where Stones in Water is heavily circulated."
The Index to Jewish Periodicals, which is part of EbscoHost and
available through public library databases, among others, indexes AJL
Newsletter reviews. The Newsletter does not have it own index, unfortunately.
