In my spare time I am beginning to catalog a small Halachic REFERENCE
Library in our Synagoge in Israel
and am also looking for an inexpensive computer (or free computer)
program that supports HEBREW since I will be cataloging in
Hebrew. I need a program that is searchable, but I do not need
circulation features. If anyone can suggest a
program besides EXCEL I would be greatly appreciative.
