Here at our Temple library we have just gone live with Surpass. We LOVE it! It's easy for customers to search, it's easy for me as a librarain to use and even my committee of volunteers who are uncomfortable with computers love the program. Support from Surpass has been outstanding. I highly recommend it and if anyone wants to ask me specific questions off-list about our experience, I'm happy to discuss it.
