I don't know the movie, but from I've just been reading of reviews, it
sounds pretty crass and awful, so why it's in the Jewish Heritage
Collection puzzles me. It is rated "R," besides. One review says that
the DVD is worthwhile because Crystal explains a lot. That aside,
however, I don't think there's any way to catalog it except as "comedy,"
and we of course
can't label things -- I suppose one could mention to someone thinking of
taking it out that it's a "pretty dark comedy," which is apparently
true.
Libraries don't have warning labels, but I don't know how to convey this
to an upset person. The movie _is_ rated "R," which gives the would-be
viewer a clue, I guess.
