A social studies teacher here showed me a new textbook that he had received for review. It is called Traditions and Encounters: a global perspective on the past , edited by Bentley and Ziegler and published by McGraw Hill. (AP edition). It shows a map of "Israel and Phoenicia" on page 38 which labels the entire area "Palestine".
I would like to make others aware of this inaccuracy so that the publisher will receive many emails and will correct this . Thank you.
