Our subscription to Culturegrams just came through. (Cuturegrams is a Proquest database.) I am disturbed about the contents in pages they just added about the West Bank and Gaza.
There are many gross inaccuracies (first and foremost - the West Bank and Gaza is not a country and should never have been included in the first place!) as well as the fact that the contact for further information is the PLO. While, in the past, we have encountered these issues with print material and can choose not to purchase a title, with the ever changing content of databases (usually a plus when providing updated information) this becomes a problem.
