Dear Safranim, Kar-Ben's new Fall 2012 title, "Speak Up, Tommy!" is about a little boy who has moved to the U.S. from Israel. He is embarrassed about his poor English skills until an officer brings a police dog to class and it turns out the dog has been trained in Hebrew so Tommy's skills are urgently needed. It's a very cute book that includes dog commands (and people commands!) in both Hebrew and English: Sheket, Shev, etc. This is a wonderful and fun way to teach young children some Hebrew words. You might even invite them to bring toy dogs to class the day you use this book.
