One known case is that of Elijah Montalto *(**אליהו דה-לונה מונטאלטו**, Eliahu de Luna Montalto*) who was a physician and polemicist. He died of natural causes. There are known cases of inaccurate accounts because people were afraid of documenting their family history in real time. If the patron documents all he knows about this ancestor and posts a query to Jewish genealogy forums, he may end up with more detailed family history.
