Hi:

I was given a single page from what looks like a manuscript.  This page was 
used to cover a rare book that the Special Collections curator purchased many 
years ago.  The page was restored and we can now read most of the text.  It 
starts with

shevuat isar le-anot nafesh ishah yekimenu ve-ishah yeferenu.

It seems that the preceding sentence may have been:

Ish ki-yidor neder laYHWH o-hishava shevua lesor isar al-nafsho lo yachel .... 
kal-neder vekal-

Does this refer to parashah Matot (Devarim) 30-32?

Any help will be much appreciated.
