Hi: I was given a single page from what looks like a manuscript. This page was used to cover a rare book that the Special Collections curator purchased many years ago. The page was restored and we can now read most of the text. It starts with
shevuat isar le-anot nafesh ishah yekimenu ve-ishah yeferenu. It seems that the preceding sentence may have been: Ish ki-yidor neder laYHWH o-hishava shevua lesor isar al-nafsho lo yachel .... kal-neder vekal- Does this refer to parashah Matot (Devarim) 30-32? Any help will be much appreciated.
