Dear Lauren and Safranim, One female Jewish poet who has some Holocaust-related poetry is Rachel Korn. She's also written some short stories. She is among the more highly regarded Yiddish writers and everything I've read by her has been excellent. I'm including a link WorldCat for her works in English translation.
