I've been working with our archives for the past couple of years. We now
know what we have, and are beginning the process of deciding what we wish
to retain in-house and what we will send elsewhere.
In that process, we'd like to know what synagogues around the country have
retained their records. I know of a few places (Temple Sinai in Pittsburgh,
Temple Israel in Boston) that have separate spaces set aside for their
documents
As a corollary to that, what do others do with their records?
Please respond offlist.
Thanks,
Fred Isaac
