Thanks Dov, the phone number you have given is an Israeli number. We were using an English site out of the U.S. I have just returned from a month in Israel where I purchased a many more of her books and other Hebrew books for the school through Tsomet Sfarim and steimatzky's. But had counted on the 20 we ordered thru her English site to come from there. If you look on the English site, it does indeed mention Kar-Ben and Amazon in regards to ordering when I first held you in English, but if you scroll to the bottom of the page, do you not see "purchasing Mirik snir's books" with a link to blue white direct? I will try the email you have sent for Mirik and see if she has had this problem before. Thanks Karen
