We were using an English site out of the U.S. I have just returned from a month in Israel where I purchased a many more of her books and other Hebrew books for the school through Tsomet Sfarim and steimatzky's. But had counted on the 20 we ordered thru her English site to come from there. If you look on the English site, it does indeed mention Kar-Ben and Amazon in regards to ordering when I first held you in English, but if you scroll to the bottom of the page, do you not see "purchasing Mirik snir's books" with a link to blue white direct? I will try the email you have sent for Mirik and see if she has had this problem before. The company was very quick to charge her credit card ($300.00 worth of books), but other than having the credit card billed, she has received no books, no confirmation that the items are on the way, or any communication. The phone number on the site is out of order and she has received no response through the email address. Can anyone tell me if they have used this company and if so, if they have had positive or negative experiences; whether others have experienced issues with this company. She is concerned that we have been duped by this company. If anyone has had any experience ordering materials through this company can you please contact me directly.
