Dear AJL 2016 Conference Stipend Applicants,Thanks to the efforts of our leadership, the Stipends Committee has received a last-minute infusion of funds. This wonderful development means that the stipend award notifications will not go out until early next week. Stipends this year have been supported with funding from the Judy R. Cohn Stipends Fund, the Littauer Foundation, EBSCO, and other generous gifts.All stipend recipients will be eligible for the early-bird registration rate. Some applicants indicated that they had other funding sources pending at the time of application. Applicants whose situations have changed since their applications were submitted are asked to contact the Committee. Thank you for your patience as we finalize the stipends allocation process.
