Sometime over the last month or two I saw an article online about the poor
quality of Jewish children's books. The piece opened with the low-hanging
fruit, blasting SHMELF THE HANUKKAH ELF. A google search indicates
criticisms from a variety of publishers and reviewers on that title, but the
article was about a broader trend.

I'd like to re-read it and discuss the piece with some friends but I'm
unable to find it.

Can anyone direct me to its source?

Many thanks,

Amy Turim
