Jim, I think the survey is too narrative and less evaluative. I suggest that you “translate” it to an electronic survey form, and add room for evaluating the food, the need to travel from the hotel to the venue, the different structure of the conference, amongst others. This will give you and the committee a more detailed response that will be tabulated and perhaps used when planning the next conference. I believe that a few members of the most excellent conference committee can help you with that. yaffa
