Hi, all,

CU Boulder has been conversing with and attempting to negotiate a license for
Ha’aretz over the past few months. I’ve seen emails about how hard setting up
access can be and I’m really interested in hearing from other college or
university librarians (especially those from public universities) about how
this negotiation process went for you. I understand you may not be able to
share licensing terms, but, if you can, seeing them would also be helpful as we
navigate this process. We are specifically experiencing challenges with and
cannot agree to language in Appendix B regarding indemnification and place of
law.

Thank you for your help,
Megan
