As we start a new year, I'm trying to update our library's collection of biographies for children and young adults to include books about more people that the students actually know. We have a number of excellent new books about Ruth Ginsberg, Leonard Nimoy, and beautiful titles about Marc Chagall and others. And of course the plethora of Anne Frank and Albert Einstein books. What I'm trying to find is GOOD (or at least decent) books about "current" folks. I see some for Aly Raisman, Indina Menzel, Mark Zuckerberg, but have not yet committed to them. Does anyone have any recommendations along these lines?
Thanks so much for your help. Betsy Gephart, librarian Congregation Achduth Vesholom Fort Wayne, Indiana [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>
