Dear Hasafranim,

I am considering reaching out to Jewish cookbook authors (I have not as yet
done so) about speaking at an author event for our synagogue, but if I find
someone, I am uncertain of how to structure it. Has anyone ever had a cookbook
author actually demonstrate a recipe for a large group? Perhaps this person
could create something with some children at our religious school, then speak
to the adult crowd after. Any experience with such a program?
Also, any author suggestions? I know the most recent book out is Modern Jewish
Baker by Shannon Sarna.
