Dear Zilvinas. I hesitate to step in here but if you wish to have Graetz for historiographical reasons, excellent; he is very important for that reason.
However, if you wish to use it as a source for Jewish history and thought, it is well over a hundred years out of date (the English is translated from an earlier German version) and not worth the cost of the postage. If you submit your specific interests to the list-serve, I am sure you will get up-to-date responses.
