Hi Friends, It's been heartening to read the messages of support after we cancelled the conference. The entire board and planning committee continue to be disappointed and also know we are doing the right thing.
Many people expressed having some kind of virtual conference. We are working on that; with Passover right around the corner, though, I doubt we'll have more information before May. Please stay tuned. AJL Members received an email about AJL Virtual Roundtables over the next few weeks. For non members, I encourage you to join <https://jewishlibraries.org/join_AJL> and participate in these sessions. As we move into the Passover season and spring I hope we all are feeling a sense of rebirth and renewal even as we shelter at home. Please stay safe and healthy and I hope to see you all in person soon and virtually even sooner.
