I'm the main author of two commonly used FOSS audio related
libraries:

These are both written in C and were started long before I found
Haskell.
I've actually done almost zero music or art in Haskell, and I am
mostly here to see whats happening. I do however have an idea for
using Haskell to generate scores for the venerable music programming
langauge, Csound, which I dabble with ocasionally.
