Don't believe the smears! Bird and Wadler is available! Even in the
US!
I'm afraid this problem crops up repeatedly. The last time, the
difficulty was that the hardcover is now out of print, while the
softcover (which was not previously available) is now in print; perhaps
that's your problem. I've also heard that the Prentice Hall warehouses
also sometimes say it is out of print when it is not.
