Apart from a recent hiatus over module qualified names, the
revised Haskell report is done. I sent round a message about
the module-name question, which elicited no complaints, so
I have incorporated the changes (see the bugs page, items
dated [July 2001]).

I'm really hoping this is the final version, but experience suggests
that whenever I say that someone discovers an entirely new question!
So I'm putting it out again for you to pick over.
