Fucking ENTOURAGE. I hate it so much.
It has "threading" but it's totally useless.

It tries to group the messages by "conversation" but it often misses a
mail or to because it doesn't correctly implement analysis of the
In-reply-to and Message-ID headers.  It assumes that the entire fucking
internet will be using Exchange so that the Thread-Index will always be
maintained.

Then, once it has (some of) the messages grouped, there is no way to get
it to display the thread in a useful way.  It will not display the
relationships of message and reply.  It will not sort them by received
or sent date reliably.  It will not sort them by sender reliably.  They
will always be randomly arranged in the most useless possible way.  All
you can hope to do is click on the ones in the bucket it remembers you
haven't read, so long as it hasn't corrupted its database and lots its
mind.
