Yes, I know no one in the world still uses tcsh.  Well, I do.  Oh well.

I use tcsh.  I hate it when default settings get mucked around with.
If this is what I want, I'll alias it myself (like I have aliased
'bc' to always give me 'bc -l').  One of the things I hate about vim.
It messes up my vi defaults.  (Just to throw out some new hate.)  In
a newer version, my settings to make it look more like vi no longer work
properly, probably the config syntax changed or something.

Just leave it alone, unless there's a very, very good reason to change
it ('some people prefer it' is not a good reason.).
