Ya know, this is interesting. Under my tcsh, the rmstar variable does
control the /bin/rm command, and controls the annoyance.
The existence of 'rmstar' creates the annoying behavior. Removal removes
the behavior.

The question is, how does tcsh control rm? -- SIgh.
